Single clear span duo-pitch portal frame with 838x292UB176 columns and 610x229UB101 rafters. Bay size is 6096mm (20ft) and roof pitch is 15 degrees.
The cladding available with it is only a few years old and it is formed of a built-up system with top sheet, insulation and liner sheet. The building is still standing, and we can schedule it`s dismantling straight away once we find a new home for it.
